Added Wolfstable and Overwood to cities table.
Added newer mission types:
  • Clear Escape
  • Collect Items (for kill and collect type of missions like blood samples)
  • Complete Challenges
  • Complete Missions
  • Escape Stalker
  • Kill Boss
  • Loot Search
